Honestly a solid dealership the cars are clean and the people are nice. Mina was wonderful and helped guide me during the process so big kudos to him. Other than that there's not much else to say

My wife and I had been working with Vinny and Mina to purchase a new 2023 aviator. We had supplied them all of our information and were waiting on the final numbers. We asked to put down a deposit multiple times to hold that car but we were told it was not necessary as the car had a recall and they needed to get the repair done. The car was ours and we would be notified when it was fixed and ready for pick up. Fast forward to today my wife gets a text message saying the car is sold it was first come first serve and basically bye. My wife left a business meeting to figure out what happened because we were anxiously waiting to pick up the vehicle and had called to follow up every day this week. She was basically told Mina the sales guy was off yesterday and because he refused our deposit the other team members did not realize the car was sold and were allowed to sell it to someone else. They literally refused our deposit saying it wasn’t necessary then screwed us over. Considering Mina took our SSN and all identifying information we will be consulting a lawyer as we aren’t sure what they are doing with our information at this point as they just be using it for other things given they aren’t taking it to sell and hold vehicles.

Recently bought a 2015 mustang here. Tony took care of me through the whole process and it was easy to do even coming from New York. He was patient with me and answered all questions i had regarding the car. Happy to have had purchased this car from Tony!

My husband and I just financed a car at liccardi ford and had a great experience. We were greeted and helped right away being able to test drive the vehicle and get started with the process. We unfortunately had to bring our 5 month old baby who was a little fussy and Christopher was able to help us through the application process quickly. He was honest and answered all our questions and helped us working through our budget. We were out in less than 3 hours in our new car. We will be back when it’s time for my new car!

Here’s my honest opinion on Liccardi Ford. As a local resident of initially Westfield and now Scotch Plains I’m well aware of the reviews and bad rep Liccardi Ford unfortunately has. I surprised myself 2 months ago by pulling into the lot when my Ford Lease was up. It was the BEST decision! Now for the salesman who helped me, Luis. I couldn’t have asked for more! He was responsive, not pushy and really informative. I couldn’t take my Explorer ST home right away as it had some lights on on the dashboard and during that time, Luis texted me regularly with pictures and updates of the car being worked on. During this time, I went to half a dozen other ford dealers trying to get a price match on an ST, NO other dealers came remotely close to matching the price Liccardi was giving me. I had no problems at all with the return of my initial ford lease there, setting up my new ford pass account (which Luis walked me through), or getting my new plates. The reason I’m only giving them 4 stars was their lack of inventory. They had only 1 ST on their lot, just 1. So even though I wasn’t thrilled that the lights on the dashboard were on during my test drive, if I wanted an ST at this price point I had to take this SUV. I waited for it to be fixed (and my husbands a mechanic, so I wasn’t super worried about the dash lights being on). Will I go back to Liccardi for my next car? You bet I will. Will I ask for Luis as my salesman? You bet I will! Will I car shop at other dealers, you bet I will! Who doesn’t want the best bang for their buck? But ultimately I’m convinced liccardi will figure out how to get me the best price again!

RUN AWAY with all the other comments,, I TOTALLY AGREE, SCAM, RUDE, as an out of state buyer finding a vehicle, while on phone Mino or whatever his name is, had another person on the lot, while talking to me,told me he would call back ,n never called back,,, total disrespect,,,and of course there's an excuse... I plan on listening to ALL these comments and RUN AWAY!

Just got my fifth lease with Tony and was surprised how fast it was done..still have the day to drive my new car. Tony is a gem! Thanks guys....be back in 3 yrs

Great Sales Person!!! Called and spoke to a salesman named Juan who told us he could take care of us and that he had a Blacked out Expedition ready to go. Normally we take a salesperson’s word with a grain of salt but there was something about his confidence that was worth the 1 hour drive. Sure enough within 2 hours we left with the car we wanted with the monthly payments we ask for. No haggling or B/S. Nice and straight forward. Love how he made every effort to make sure we were good. Thanks Juan!! And kudos to his mgr as well.
