I brought my Ford F-150 to Liccardi Ford for a transmission issue and clearly stated that I had insurance coverage. I spoke with the service manager, Harold King, who told me I needed a new transmission and an oil leak repair. I agreed, expecting the process to move forward promptly.
That did not happen.

After purchasing a vehicle from this dealership they refused to send me new temp plates after the 30 day one expired and knew that the plates did not come in the mail from the dmv as yet as I had told them. The manager always seems to be in a meeting when you call.
My Wife and I have owned 2 Ford Explorers and we're looking for a new Ford Explorer Platinum. In our case, we know the Explorer well and going for a third Explorer. Talk about customer loyalty... We're paying cash. No trade in.
I contacted 6 local Ford dealers and provided them the above details.
All EXCEPT one dealer provided me an out the door price. I'm not saying that wasnt without effort - all dealers would prefer you to go to their dealership and then follow the process. I respect that but it is totally unecessary.

It was terrible. The price advertised online was not true and 0% financing wasn't an option because there were supposed rebates on the truck. They offered half of what our trade in value is on our truck. Our amount financed would've been $20,000 over the price that was advertised online. We drove an hour and 20 minutes for our appointment with 2 kids who have special needs. The will lie about the window vin etch, they will then not get you your title or registration in time. Now on my second expired temporary registration. 30 plus phone calls to get an update and I can’t get a return call back. The salesman is a joke and just laughs at my concerns. General managers refuse to return or answer the phone.

I first found the vehicle I wanted on Cargurus. It was listed at $32,552. I then went on the ford site and it was listed at $35552. I was contacted by a lady from the dealership and confirmed that the internet price of $32552 was accurate and when I drove the hour and half to get there. We purchased an Explorer, the drivers side heated seat was broken during delivery and a few other issues. Terrace stated he would make an appt with service to have it fixed. He did not, so we ended up having to speak with Mike D the manager who scheduled our appt. The dealership has had our vehicle for over a week an now attempting to have the repairs paid by thru the extended warranty we purchased. One has nothing to do with the other.

This dealer is a scam bait and switch. Online advertise a price and once you get there. They start adding inexistent fees(besides tax title and registration) to a USED car I might add. This is borderline illegal and you should stay away from this dealership

We ordered a 2023 Explorer at the end of February 2023. Had been given a window of 60 to 90 days of when the vehicle would be in. It is day 120 and no vehicle. We have had at least 4 different salesmen, the sales manager and the inventory manager. We have received 6 different arrival dates. The past two months we have been given “it’s on a train”. It is SAD that Ford places importance on dealership orders over customer orders. We have been a FORD family for over 40 years because of this experience my next vehicle WILL NOT BE A FORD.

We have bought several cars at Liccardi in Watchung over the years and was always treated with respect. the salesperson is also always courteous and helpful. As for the service department, they too are alway s helpful. Our children now buy their cars at Laccardi.

Had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Bought a car and everything went smoothly until it came time to receive my tags. The temp. tags expired and they were not able to provide me with any concrete information as to when the tags would be provided to me. The story changed every time I called if I was even able to reach someone. Once they get their money they do not care about you.
The team at Liccardi is exceptional! Every member of the staff that i have engaged with have been top notch. Everyone, from my seller to sales management, was fully vested in making the purchase of my vehicle a positive experience. Definitely will be a return customer!

Disappointed on reaching dealership to find out vehicle shown on the site I was interested in was unavaiilable and being used by someone as a personal vehicle.

So far not impressed with the process or sale. Test drove a used Mazda then went back the next day to purchase after some negotiations.
